Join the Credit Platform Services team within Wealth Management Credit Operations, where the team monitors Wealth Management exposures (including loans, mortgages, and derivatives) secured by financial assets. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, risk management, and transformation, while partnering with stakeholders across business, risk, technology, and operations to deliver scalable solutions and support the firm’s growth objectives.
As a Credit Operations Manager within the Wealth Management Credit Operations team, you will oversee Credit Platform Services activities and ensure effective management of operational risk and controls. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for supporting credit-related processes and strategic initiatives while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. You will leverage your expertise in operations management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and transformation. You will also drive continuous enhancements, strengthen the control environment, and support business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Oversee credit operations activities and ensure alignment with firm policies, risk management standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive operational excellence through review, optimization, and transformation of business processes and workflows.

- Lead strategic initiatives and change programs that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and risk management outcomes.
- Establish and maintain a robust control environment through governance, oversight, issue management, and escalation practices.
- Use data, reporting, and performance metrics to support decision-making, monitor outcomes, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Champion innovative solutions, automation opportunities, and digital capabilities to improve operational effectiveness.
- Lead interactions for audits, regulatory examinations, and internal reviews, ensuring timely and effective remediation of findings.
- Build strong partnerships across regional and global stakeholders to support business priorities and drive organizational success.
- Develop organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in credit operations, lending operations, operational risk management, wealth management operations, or a related financial services discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing operational processes, controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams within a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate and influence across business, risk, operations, and technology functions.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities with focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives, transformation programs, and strategic business improvements.
- Strong understanding of governance, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements within financial services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients, stakeholders, and the broader organization.
