【TW Life】Senior Director, Head of Investment Dept.

Responsibilities:

1. Set Investment Objectives and Policies: Define investment strategies and policies in line with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.

2. Leadership and Team Supervision: Lead and supervise the investment team, providing clear guidance and constructive feedback to achieve goals.

3. Market Analysis and Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.

4. Reporting and Recommendations: Present investment results to senior management, offering actionable recommendations.

5. Transaction Management: Oversee the negotiation and execution of investment transactions to ensure alignment with objectives.

• Experience: A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in investment, with a track record of success in leadership roles.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.

• Skills: Strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication abilities to convey insights and influence stakeholders.
