Major Duties:
Oversees the development of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), providing input or completing the more technical or complex aspects of the questionnaires.
Identifies new and amended content for inclusion within the Request for Proposal (RFP) database, whilst also being mindful of the need to remove expired content.
Provides answers from the RFP database and Subject Matter Experts to the RFP teams and Relationship Managers who responds to questionnaires from clients, client prospects, or consultants regarding the products or services.
Works with the regional marketing specialists in developing and editing promotional materials to support business unit initiatives, including writing newsletters and updating marketing materials.
Creates programs in marketing automation tool for monthly thought leadership newsletter or other campaigns to be approved and deployed by regional marketing teams.
Maintain marketing presentation and contact database and ensures that content is up to date and maintained regularly.
Allocate tasks for preparation to the junior members of the team and ensure that these are completed in a timely manner.
Actively communicates with the home location to provide updates on the teams’ tasks and discuss any identified issues
Meet all the SLAs set by the business for the process in terms of timeliness and accuracy proactively report any issues to the Team Leader or Manager.
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address issues identified by the team and prevent the recurrence of identified issues.
Report volume of work, KPIs, RCA and initiatives of the team to stakeholders including managers and home locations on a monthly-basis.
Maintain Detailed Procedural Analysis Documents (DPADs) as needed and ensure that any change in the process is updated in the DPAD in a timely manner.
Provide support to management in the implementation of strategic initiatives and achievement of business goals.
Deliver technical training and provide training feedback effectively.
Deliver on opportunities to reduce cost and FTE savings to meet the yearly productivity targets.

Experience:
5-7 years of experience in the field of financial services, marketing, project management, writing or related work experience
3-4 years of experience in a senior or specialist role
Project management or digital marketing experience is an advantage
