Senior Manager, Strategic Relationship Managementnew

This role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and continuous enhancement of engagement initiatives for corporate customers and members. The incumbent will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver meaningful program that strengthen customer relationships, enhance customer experience, and support retention objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of corporate customer and member engagement initiatives, including educational programmes, wellness activities, and customer events.
• Manage programme delivery, including coordination, logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and recommend improvements to existing programmes and initiatives.
• Monitor programme performance, participation, and customer feedback to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of engagement initiatives.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
• Experience in customer engagement, relationship management, programme management, marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in planning and managing customer engagement activities, seminars, wellness programmes, and corporate events for both corporate customers and individual members is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
