Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work with the Branch Administration and Operations group to partner with the Business.

As a Quant Analytics Manager within Branch Administration and Operations – Business Analysis and Development Team, you would lead the delivery of scalable, well-governed data and analytics solutions that enable business decision-making. You would prioritize the data product backlog, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and translate insights into executive reporting and actionable recommendations. 

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Ability to make data available for consumption by other teams through the broader data lake, ensuring compliance with landing patterns and data lake standards.
  • Drive discoverability by creating business glossary entries, ensuring metadata completeness, establishing lineage, and developing “how to use” documentation and sample queries.
  • Support other developers with data architecture and upstream data sourcing, including coordination of schema drafts, source system changes, and data availability, as well as issue resolution.
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog (new datasets, enhancements, defects, tech debts) based on consumer banking outcomes and risk.
  • Build robust, reusable data pipelines in Alteryx and SQL; implement data quality checks, lineage, and documentation.
  • Develop executive dashboards and scorecards in Tableau; translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with process owners and cross-functional teams to embed user research and journey insights into design decisions.
  • Generally 6+ years of related experience. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field
  • Masters or PhD in a related field, or Bachelors with 5+ years’ experience in a related discipline
  • Familiar with languages like SQL, Python, SAS
  • Partner with process owners and cross-functional teams to embed user research and journey insights into design decisions

 

 Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

 

  • 6+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field
  • Masters or PhD in a related field, or Bachelors with 5+ years’ experience in a related discipline
  • Familiar with languages like SQL, Python, SAS
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
  • Partner with process owners and cross-functional teams to embed user research and journey insights into design decisions

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Business or Data degree concentration
  • Six Sigma or Root Cause analytics experience
  • Operational business knowledge of processes, data and technology platforms (Alteryx, Snowflake, Python, AWS, Databricks, Jira)
