Job Type

About the Role

The Private Bank Digital Team is looking for a Vice President, Digital Adoption to accelerate how we drive adoption of our digital products across the Private Bank. As we rapidly increase the pace of product development and launches, we need a leader who pairs an AI-product mindset with a relentless focus on data-driven decision-making to ensure our innovations reach, engage, and deliver value to clients and advisors.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is obsessed with understanding user behavior, uncovering adoption barriers, and leveraging AI to unlock scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Adoption at Scale: Own and execute the strategy for accelerating adoption of newly launched and existing digital products across the Private Bank ecosystem.
  • Apply an AI-Product Mindset: Identify and champion opportunities to embed AI capabilities into products and adoption workflows—turning emerging AI technologies into practical, client-facing value.
  • Leverage Data Relentlessly: Build and maintain a data-driven view of adoption performance. Define metrics, monitor usage trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Advisor-facing teams to align adoption goals with product roadmaps and launch cadences.
  • Optimize the Adoption Funnel: Diagnose friction points across the user journey and design interventions—from onboarding to sustained engagement—that measurably improve uptake.
  • Experiment & Iterate: Establish a test-and-learn culture, running experiments (e.g., A/B testing, cohort analysis) to continuously refine adoption tactics.
  • Influence Stakeholders: Communicate adoption insights and recommendations to senior leadership, using data storytelling to secure buy-in and drive decisions.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, digital strategy, growth, or a related discipline, ideally within financial services or a technology-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience driving digital product adoption or growth at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven fluency in data—comfortable defining metrics, working with analytics tools, and translating data into strategy.
  • Deep familiarity with AI/ML concepts and a track record of applying an AI-product mindset to real-world problems.

Preferred

  • Experience in the Private Bank, Wealth Management, or broader financial services sector.
  • Hands-on experience embedding AI capabilities into digital products or customer-facing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
  • A bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for experimentation.
