Recruiting Division: Operations

Eligible Applicants:
Overseas university students scheduled to graduate between April 2027 and September 2027, as well as domestic university students with experience of exchange programs

Application Deadline:
1st deadline: August 13
2nd deadline: September 18
3rd deadline: October 2
 

*After each deadline, you will receive an invitation to take a web-based test within 10 business days.

Operations Division

The Operations Division supports a wide range of financial products and services provided to corporate clients by ensuring the accurate processing and management of transactions. Its mission is to deliver high-value financial products and services to clients reliably and efficiently. In addition, the division actively works on process improvements to enhance client support, as well as on the development and maintenance of the firm's operational infrastructure. Internal rotations and transfers within the Operations Division are also actively encouraged, providing employees with diverse opportunities for growth and development.
