As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer in Global Shares, you will apply your deep knowledge of software, applications, and technical processes to deliver infrastructure and performance excellence. You will shape the future of our technology by evolving your technical and cross-functional skills, collaborating with high-performing teams, and driving impactful projects. Job Responsibilities:

  • Apply technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to deliver creative solutions for design, development, and troubleshooting
  • Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and design documentation, validating outputs and handling operational data securely
  • Drive workstreams or projects involving infrastructure engineering technologies, architecting and implementing changes to modernize processes
  • Advise on upstream and downstream data, systems, and technical implications, recommending mitigation actions
  • Apply reuse-first, AI-assisted practices within delivery and automation routines to identify recurring issues and validate remediation options
  • Ensure changes are traceable, auditable, and aligned to resiliency and security expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and advance technology initiatives
  • Operate and migrate across public and private cloud platforms
  • Administer and support cloud native applications and techniques
  • Set up and manage data streaming solutions using Kafka, Event Grid, and Service Bus
  • Develop and automate workflows using scripting languages and CICD tools

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure engineering areas such as hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, or performance assessments
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support infrastructure engineering workflows, with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted recommendations, escalating when uncertain and ensuring outcomes align to resiliency, security, and auditability expectations
  • Proficient in operating systems including Linux (Ubuntu/RHEL) and Windows
  • Skilled in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, PowerShell, and Groovy
  • Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies
  • Experience with Kubernetes, OCI images, nodepools, CNI, and cloud native applications
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes and GitOps tools like Terraform
  • Ability to develop in.NET, Java (Spring), and/or Python

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with CICD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Harness, and Octopus Deploy
  • Advanced applied experience in infrastructure engineering (EMEA/LATAM-Brazil)
  • Experience with data streaming setup and administration using Kafka (Confluent), Event Grid, and Service Bus
  • Familiarity with local country guidance for Singapore
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to drive modernization and automation initiatives
