As an Investment Data Analyst within Data Services, you will help ensure Nasdaq eVestment Private Markets delivers accurate, timely, and reliable data that supports investor research, due diligence, and fundraising activity across global private markets.

You will play a key role in maintaining platform integrity, improving operational efficiency, and enabling high-quality client insights in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance private markets datasets to support accurate insights, strong data quality, and platform reliability.
  • Manage recurring data operations with precision, meeting quality, timeliness, and efficiency standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across global time zones to ensure data flows smoothly from asset managers to investors.
  • Identify process gaps and drive improvements that reduce errors, strengthen controls, and increase processing speed.
  • Contribute to ad hoc analysis and cross-functional projects that support innovation within Nasdaq eVestment’s Private Markets Solutions.
     

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data operations, data management, or a related role; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and a strong academic track record are also welcome to apply.
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality, strong multitasking ability, and the capacity to thrive in dynamic, impact-driven environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of data accuracy and formatting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and macros.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.


 

Nice to Have

  • Progress toward or completion of CFA, CAIA, CFA Investment Foundations, or a similar certification.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other database/query tools.
  • Knowledge of private markets concepts such as IRR, NAV, and fund structures.
