The Insurance Sales Officer will have a direct reporting line to Manulife Alternative Distribution and will pursue targets as agreed by and between Manulife and Alternative Distribution Sales channels. The Insurance Sales Officer will be entitled to the variable pay as in the approved mechanics. As an Insurance Sales Officer, he/she is responsible for driving and closing the sales for Alternative Distribution partners and should have a strong business relationship with business and internal partners.
Position Responsibilities:
Deliver his/her required APE monthly, quarterly and Full Year target/plan.
Conduct Manulife product presentations to business partners and its clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients both High Net worth, retail and Manulife employee customers to ensure satisfaction and retention, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
Oversee all other administrative and servicing related tasks to ensure customer
fulfilment.Responsible for meticulously planning and executing sales strategies and approach for each customer type (High Net worth, Retail, Employees)
Required Qualifications:
With at least 5 years of experience on Insurance Sales / Alternative Distribution
Active license for Life and VUL is a requirement
Preferred Qualifications:
Pleasing personality
Proficiency in English and Tagalog
Excellent knowledge on Insurance and Wealth Sales High Net worth customers is an advantage
Hands-on experience with direct Sales to clients
Thorough understanding of Product marketing and efficient presentation
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Bachelor’s degree holder is not a requirement but should have strong Insurance and Wealth Sales background
