As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. - Process, validate, and reconcile transactions in accordance with established procedures, policies, and service level agreements.
- Investigate and resolve operational breaks, exceptions, and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Fund Implementation, Trade Processing, Settlements, Cash Processing, and Account Opening to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Respond to client and stakeholder inquiries promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor operational risks and escalate issues, exceptions, and control concerns appropriately.
- Ensure all daily activities and deliverables are completed within required timelines and quality standards.
- Participate in and lead discussions with onshore partners and stakeholders to address operational matters and drive resolutions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Transfer Agency Operations, Fund Services, Asset Management Operations, or related financial services functions.
- Knowledge of Transfer Agency processes, Reconciliations, Trade Processing, Settlements, KYC/AML, or financial markets products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational risk and escalate issues appropriately.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience working within Transfer Agency or Fund Administration environments.
- Knowledge of operational risk, controls, and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience participating in project initiatives and driving operational enhancements.
- Leadership capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders and support change management initiatives.
