Job Description
Purpose of the role
To support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.
Accountabilities
- Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
- Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
- Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes.
- Development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
- Development of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
- Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations.
- Participation in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Join us as a Credit Documentation & Treasury Operations Analyst where you will support the business in achieving its targets while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational controls. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality credit administration, KYC management, treasury operations, and commercial paper processing within defined turnaround times while safeguarding the Bank's interests through effective risk management and compliance.
Essential Skills / Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Basic understanding of Group Policy Guidelines, Credit Risk, Country Grades, and Exposure Guidelines.
- Knowledge of credit documentation, lending operations, and security perfection processes.
- Understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements applicable to banking operations.
- Familiarity with treasury operations, cash flow management, and Commercial Paper (CP) processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation review and preparation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for reporting and MIS preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable Skills / Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in credit administration, treasury operations, or corporate banking operations.
- Knowledge of NBFC regulations and commercial lending processes.
- Understanding of collateral management and drawing power calculations.
- Experience working with internal and external audit teams.
- Familiarity with banking systems used for client onboarding, KYC, and treasury operations.
