Cash & Trade Proc Intermediate Analyst (Liquidity & Investment Services Analyst)new

The Liquidity & Investment Services Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for supporting the operational and analytical needs of teams involved in liquidity, cash management, and investment services. The role requires a blend of operational execution, process analysis, and project participation. The overall objective is to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations, contribute to process improvements, manage risk, and support strategic initiatives within the liquidity and investments domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operational processes related to liquidity and investment products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and controls.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains; assist in the design and implementation of solutions.
• Participate in projects and initiatives, which may include technology enhancements, new product rollouts, or system testing.
• Liaise with internal partners, including Technology, Client Operations, and Product teams, to facilitate enhancements and resolve issues.
• Conduct complex research and analysis on operational trends, client inquiries, and market changes to propose and support innovative solutions.
• Facilitate the investigation, documentation, and resolution of transaction service issues, including escalation when necessary.
• Contribute to the preparation and delivery of monthly/quarterly presentations and business reviews by gathering data, creating content, and speaking to team activities and key business metrics.
• Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding its assets.
• Support the transition, alignment, and stabilization of critical operations functions as required.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in financial services, operations, technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Effective presentation skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• A foundational understanding of liquidity management, cash management, or investment products is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate across different functional areas.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• 2+ years of experience in banking and or financial operations.

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English (Advance level, both written and verbal) is required.

Schedule

• This role will work a shift from 9 AM EST to 6 PM EST, but will require flexibility on hours.
• Weekend availability is required 3-4 times a year for product launches or major updates.
